We have been living here for almost a year now, and we just love it. The price is great for Clairemont area, and the rooms are very spacious! The balcony is pretty good size as well. It's fairly quiet, we don't have any noisy neighbors either. The manager is a very nice lady, who has been working here for years. The maintenance issues are dealt with right away. There is no A/C units, however, so it does get pretty hot in the summer time (but only for about 2-3 weeks though), especially in the upstairs unit. The manager was gracious enough to offer us a brand new large fan, which did help tremendously; she is a very caring lady, and always asks how we're doing and if we need anything else - very customer service oriented, which is hard to find.
Overall, we are highly satisfied and would definitely recommend it!
