Nice location & Nice Apt. but had some issues

I lived at El Dorado Hills for 2 years. First of all it's close to everything and that is something I miss since I've left. The apartments are dark though and have no cross breeze at all. All in all there's like only one window per room. I had a big problem with the management. Nothing was maintenanced without a hassle. There were some light poles that broke the week I moved in and still weren't fixed the day I left (2 years later). Robin was the manager's name and she was just AWFUL. My carpet was obviously extremely old and when I left I was charged for a brand carpet replacement. The other big draw back was the kids that lived there had no control and were constantly loud and obnoxious...I don't blame the apt for that, but it is something to mention.
I would still recommend that people check it out, it is a great place. Just keep on top of the maintenance issues you have.
