I have been living here for year and a half. The apartment is overpriced for what you get. Some of the apartments come with new microwaves and ovens some even come with washers and dryers but no air to circulate the heat so your house sweats causing mold or activating your allergies.Maybe keeping all of the pet hair and barking in one apartment building.The dog poop is also a problem. The parking sucks. Everyone gets the paint scratched on their car at least once due to the fact you open the door on someone elses car, the car ports should be knocked down so ALL size cars can fit in a parking space. There are no lights on the patio, and some of the patios need to be replaced and some of the shrubs cut down so you can at least sit without fanning away the bees.
