I'm really surprised to find so many negative responses. I've lived here less then a year but so far it's been great, the location is absolutely beautiful, the price is slightly high but i think that's just about anywhere. The noise level can sometimes get a little high, like mentioned before there are a lot of lowered import cars here, but the noise is acceptable to me, and everyone who lives here that i've seen is really nice and friendly.. some kids but they're not running around screaming like someone else mentioned. The management is good, and responds to issues when you call. All and all i love this place and i'm proud to call it home.
