Although it is over-priced for the apartment we live in (old and things were broken here and there when we moved in. Bug infested during the summer time), it is very quiet and the residents seem to be very friendly and courteous. Our apartment faces the canyon and we hear coyotes howling every now and then. It maakes us feel like we are living in a remote area, but it doesn't take too long to get to downtown, Sea World, and beaches. Management and maintenance are friendly and they are willing to help out anyway they can. This place is family oriented and it's been a desent place to live. Overall this is a good place for a short and mid-term stay.
