Extortion From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived there for a year and couldn't wait to leave. I travel on business quite often and management lied about how it would be perfect for someone like me. When I was home, the parking was horrible...tiny parking spaces...you have a hard time getting out of your car without having to ding your neighbors. Management was rude and obnoxious. Upon moving out, they somehow try to convince me that since I didn't give a 30 day written notice they were going to have to charge me a full month's rent...even though i was on a lease and called a month prior to moving out and was told it wasn't a problem. They threaten to report me to the credit agencies if I didn't pay the month's rent. It was so stressful until I formally complained to the better business bureau and wrote the owners. They finally backed off and even wrote me an apology letter. But if I hadn't gone through the correct avenues, they would have extorted money from me. They're a bunch of creeps there. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE...IT's NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!
