Okay From: kerico Date posted: 5/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I enjoyed going to the spa, and the fitness center is nice, and also stealing all the cookies from the front office. However, the parking spaces are incredibly small and the rent is high for the quality of the apartment. The lamp outside our apartment was never fixed the whole time we lived there, even though I put two requests in, so it was dark and scary coming home at night. We got to have pets and they didn't bother us about them, so that was nice. As for quality, the carpet was dingy brown, and rooms have gross popcorn ceilings, the linoleum was peeling up at the edges in the bathroom. Our bathroom faucets were installed backwards. The shower heads were too short, so I had to kind of bend backwards to get under it to wash my hair and Im only 57. If I could get them to rent to me for $950 for a two bedroom I might live here again.
