where is the office when you need them'

the office is never open. On the weekends when they should be open until 5 or 6 they always seem to close around 3:30 or 4:00 in the afternoon. Why is this' I guess all the weekend staff doesn't get 40 hours a week' if they do, it's.........
I went by the office last night on my way home from work around 10 pm and I was suprised to see some of the office staff- leslie rolling around on the office floor- etc.... . Why was this ''I wanted to ask leslie today- when I saw her- but she didn't come in .
What is chris's problem' He called me two days ago and asked me if I had a car in the parking lot that should not be there- I started to ask him something and tell him no that it was not mine- but he cut me off and slammed down the phone and hung up on me.
I found out from several other residents- he called them also- and did the same things- this is very unprofessional to me and rude.
Why does he care' He never gives a .....
about any of the residents anway. When you come in and ask for him- he runs in the back and hides and pretends he is busy and doesn't want to be bothered. What exactly is
his job- to me- It's a waste- !!!!
Oh well, have lived here for about 5 months now- quiet apt. living- but for the office staf- I would get rid of all ofthem if I was the management and hire someone new.
