Parking is not really a problem for me because I am home from work by 5. If I had one of the small assigned spots that other residence have talked about, I probably wouldn't park there. Looks tough. My roommate has the spot so I don't have to deal with the door dings. If I did I would be pissed.

It is actually VERY quiet in the area where I live except my neighbors across they way. My neighbors are constantly having sex at midnight and the lady is a screamer. I know that they are having fun, but it should not be at my expense. How do you confront that situation'

Well as far as the leaky ceilings and the clogged toilets go, I have NEVER had such a problem, if these types of complaints are ture then it is a shame. One would think management would be more eager to fix these types of problems since under those circumstances a tenant could probably move out, repair the problem, reduce their rent accordingly or stay. Doesn't sound very habitable to me.

Seems like the management office has some serious issues. I have never seen any "inappropriate" behavior from them, but I probably don't care enough to pay attention.

I have lived here about a year and overall, I don't have many gripes. However, within the past two months, there have been some undesirables moving into this place. Security is a bit of a problem as it is and for some reason this place seems to be turning into a gangsta haven.

Had my car broken into on Tierrasanta Blvd., and I fell down the steps because the sprinklers water the steps instead of the grass. When you have to walk up 30 or so steps and you fall, it hurts. There is definently not enough lighting on Tierrasanta Blvd., but that is the city's problem. Unless management wants to splurge and install more street lights to keep their residence safe, it will probably always be dark down there.

I lived in different places before living here and this place is much nicer as far as noise, safety, appearance, etc., but then again I rented a room where cockroaches crawled on my pillow (really).

For some reason this places has changed since I moved in and it does have problems. Mainly that I don't feel safe at times. The "security" gates are never working. Someone once told me that we have security guards, but I have never seen them, maybe they are with the management team eating at the real continental breakfast.

The management office doesn't seem to care about anything and come to think of it, they really don't ever answer the phone. It also seems like they take some LONG breaks, I tried to get my free cookie the other day and they were not due back for an hour and a half.

Maintenance has never been a problem for me, but I haven't needed them for much. When we first moved in I had a problem with the temperature of the water in my shower, and it took a couple of visits before the problem was actually fixed, but the response time was pretty quick. Sometimes I think that maybe the management office doesn't relay the messages because some of them, sound annoyed when you talk to them (except when they are with the prospective tenants)

All and all I think it is ok. I don't feel as safe as I used to because of the new "folks" that have been moving in. Maybe I just got lucky and live near quiet neighbors (other than the nympho's). I still tell my friends that this place is a great place to live because of the pools, gym, basketball and tennis courts, but if I continue to see more and more hoodlums move into, I will probably move out. Afterall my safety and state of mind are more important than the other perks (location, location, location).
