It's usually quiet except when the maintenance people are using their machines to clean things up around here. It's kept up very well. The front office staff was always nice and helpful. The parking is tight, the parking spots are only made for small cars. My neighbors are friendly. It's not bad for the price. They offer several amenities that I don't get the chance to take advantage of.
