Parking is a nightmare! The assigned parking spaces are so small my car now has several door dings. If you have a second car be prepared to park on the street and hike back to your apartment since the open spots are never available unless you come home midday. Getting gorceries or any heavy packages from the car to the apartment or vice versa was always a chore. If you're thinking of moving there, visit it at night and see for yourself how many cars are parked on the surrounding streets. And if you get int the gated parking area, good luck trying to find a visitors spot. I was always embrassed to have friends over.

We were ready to move after the first year but too much was going on in our lives, otherwise we would not have stayed an extra year. Some of the new tenants pretty sketchy. And get ready to know your neighbors cause you will hear anyone next to you and across the way.

And yes, they will try to weasel money from you! If you move there or currently reside make sure you document everything!
