Kind of good From: hohomaker Date posted: 5/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   It's a very nice place to live. A few minor problems. First the parking stiuation, I feel it's bad. I've had to go to the office three times now becase either I was assigned to some one else's spot or some one was assigned to my spot. Also the parking spots are very small. Dings happen all the time, to all cars. I don't particularly like the long walk to and from my car. The grounds are kept very well Monday thur Friday. It's very clean and well kept. It is a closed community but some how I get a solitor at least once a week, if not more. Also the security walk-in gate for the second community has been broken for the last three months. They tried to fix it five days in a row, but I guess the broken door was the victor. They stop trying ever since. One more thing on the parking. I their is a second car in the family I suggest parking it in the open parking of the community. I almost had my car stolen because I parked it on the street. Luckly I have an alarm and they only left the door open. As for my girlfrien, she wasn't so lucky. She had $750 in damage done to her car.
