The gates are always open. Parking is a nightmare. People park outside of spots making it hard to get in and out of your spot and in your reserved spots because there is no enforcement and security is a joke.I have many dings on my car since living here. They always say they will do something but never do. I tried calling security due to really loud music at 2am and got a recording -called 3 more times and no response. My neighbors had their car broken into twice. There have been 2 washing machines in the laundry facility broken for two months -and still not fixed -but they eat your money every time. Jacuzzi is never filled with enough water and is more annoying then relaxing. Some staff are professional and helpful. Others are really rude, incompetent and don't care one bit.
