Positive Rental Experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   As a victim of a fire in my home last year, me, my husband and pet dog moved into a unit for about 4 months. The things that I liked most about living there was that the complex and the grounds were meticulously maintained, and the professionalism of the management staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. When we were at work they saw that rental furniture and the cable connection were delivered to our unit. They were responsive to any request that we had to minor maintenance problems. We had not lived in an apartment for over 25 years and our experience with El Dorado Hills was positive. Being a 2 car family, the off street parking situation was challenging, especially coming home after 9 PM. The complex is ideal for pet owners. There are several potty stops on the grounds for walking dogs. When we moved out there was no issue about our security deposit. I know it sounds as though I'm advertising for El Dorado Hill, but I'm not. This site just gives me an opportunity to share my experience with living there for a few months. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
