Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
My boyfriend and I just gave our notice last week and can not wait to get out this place.
Here is my list NOT to live here.
1. It is DANGEROUS. Period. Though the community is gated there is a major security problem. Just last week a woman was attacked by a non-resident on her way back from the gym. Three months ago our car was stolen. There were several car thefts before and since ours. It is still a problem.
2. The Management. There is a high turnover and it not reliable. They have lost our rent checks twice and have threatened to evict us for their mistake. Often times the office is left unlocked and unattended with residents personal documents and information (like SSN's) available for anyone to see.
3. Parking. The parking lot was redone to accomodate additional spaces which are too small even for most compact cars. My car has new dings and paint marks everyday.
