After a year of living here, I have decided to go. I remember the day I found this place and the tour I was taken on. I was completely impress with the professionalism and general look of the complex. The show room apartment they have you view is way better than the one you get. The grounds since I have been here have beem imaculate the entire time. I have no complaints about any noise level. The complex is on a dead end street, so no street noise is ever loud. Although durning the day it is very noisy in the complex. The grounds keepers are always maintaining the grounds (Mon-Fri). It's nice that the complex is well taken care of, but I feel sorry for people that work at night and sleep durning the day. The complex is a close d complex, which is nice but the security doors are always broken. I live in the second complex and I live never the back security door. I can see it through my window. It was broken for three straight months. I caught them trying to fix it a full times, but it never was. I also hear that the front security gate is occasionally broken as well. I used it last week and this morning and yes it was broken. Also is you walk around the area just to walk and happen to go to the bacl of the complex, where there is a tiny open parking area, you will notice that the security gate has a gap (a 30 foot gap). Not that it really matters because someone can walk through one of the two broken security doors. I believe the floors are pretty thin. I had my downstairs neighbor complain to me once that I was making an outragous amount of noise coming from my bedroom area about half a mintue prior. I had no idea what he was talking about because like I told him I was working on my computer and my wife was reading a book next to me, in the living room. The TV was even off, he look kind of confused when he looked in and noticed nothing. It was strange but he said that it seems that it's always noisy in my apartment. The parking situation is another thing. Every single apartment regardless of size, gets one assigned parking spot. So almost everyone living on one side of the seond complex is out of luck. You have to resort to parking on the street. Which is fine but, There is someone that loves to vandalize the cars out there. My car was almost stolen once and my wife's car had sever damage. I was told my management that their was a small problem with parking cars on the street. Yeah an expensive problem. Also the spots are tiny as well. Ding central, I hate it. My one posistive thing to say about this place is the washer & dryer are an amazing thing to have inside. I would stay here if the price was reduced dramatically, which I know will not happen. What I get for my money here, I can get better somewhere else bottom line.
