Where to begin...
My husband and I picked this location because it fit all the features we were looking for like.... a gated community (gate was left open often that our friends motorcycle got stolen and tires were slashed), a view of the golf course that we paid a little extra for (no view because of all the trees covering it!), fitness facility (someone was assaulted in the gym), seemed like a save community (there are several registered sex offenders living in the complex)

Little did we know what we got into after moving in for a year. There was constant noise problems of people yelling, people having sex, TV and/or music way too loud, or crying babies.... NOT TO MENTION THE PARKING SUCKS!!!! We moved in and the office staff told us that everyone gets assigned parking spots which was all bull... cuz we got assigned a spot that was as far as possible at the end of the parking lot from our apartment! After about 6months our neighbors across from us moved out and new ones moved in. I noticed what car they drove and noticed that it was RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT!! So I complained and the lady who is in charge or parking (Leslie) told me that all the spots are assigned according to distance to the apartment which is just BULL! She ended up changing our parking spot to about 1/2 way closer to our apartment than where it was originally. The office staff are just as bitchy and full of attitude as anyone could imagine. I've had several agruments with the resident manager regarding security, maintenance, noise, parking, and my rent. My dog died and they were claiming that I owed them for pet rent even though I had already spoken to one of the managers the day after he died!

I couldn't wait to move out and finally when I did I had no idea all the other problems that I would have!!! Once you give them a 30 day notice they give you a check out sheet of all the things you need to clean before you move out like removing the shower doors and bringing them out to the patio to clean!! Also have to remove the oven door to clean it and move the oven and refrig. to clean behind them. OR just have the money deducted from the deposit to have the apartment professionally cleaned. To assume that you are getting the full security deposit amount is insane because this place would NEVER give you back the full amount. They deducted for repainting the apartment which I think is insane because thats just normal wear and tear. The day that I handed in the keys is the day that I spoke with the resident manager because of different things they were trying to charge me for!!! So she signed off on them and told me there would be no problem. I was told that within 21days after moving out is when I would receive the security deposit back less whatever was charged. Instead I got a letter stating everything that would be deducted like the stupid parking sticker ($15) that I was told by the resident manager I wouldnt be charged for and for a key ($25) I was never given!!!. Then I found out that they deducted 2 months of pet rent they said I owed when my dog had died!!! So when I called they said that the check was already processed and I would receive a different check 21days later!!!!
