We've been here for 5 months and so far everything is awesome! The area is super quiet and the complex is always clean. We love the 24 hrs a day gym. We love the bbq grills, pool area, and tennis courts. We have had a few parties and our friends really like hanging out here too. They really like how we can have a pool night and a tennis night. So far every time we called maintenance, we have had the issue resolved the same day. When we first moved in, one of the bathrooms had very very low water pressure. They took immediate action and called a plumber to come and fix the issue. The people in the leasing office have been really nice and great.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE having my own washer/dryer!! SDGE bill is only $30/ mth and we always do laundry. I'm so happy our water is $50 flat rate! I used to have to split the water bill with 7 other units at the previous complex we lived at. We were ripped off and we didn't even have a washer there.
When we came to check this place out and the leasing staff was so nice, my husband and I were skeptical. We thought it was an act just to get us to sign a lease, then thought for sure once living here we would see the real deal. We came from a really bad experience in the Esplanade apts in Mira Mesa. Seriously, this place is always clean!!! They always have bags for dogs. The garbage area is even nice and tidy. They have dumpsters for recycling!!! Parking is NOT an issue. I always see workers around on their golf carts picking up trash or fixing something. No complaints and I hope it stays that way.
We absolutely love it here!!!!!

Hi,
Which part of the complex you guys are located at? West (by leasing ctr) or East side? We're about to move-in this November and after reading the ratings and reviews i'm a bit skeptical now... they said east side complex are bad...thank you so much for the feedback! have a nice day :)

We live across from the leasing office. Seriously, been here for 8 months and we still all love it here. It's very quiet and we can always find parking. People are nice to you. Every time we needed maintenance like a clogged drain or change a light bulb, they came within one day!! Ok, there are a few shady people around, but it's not the ghetto here in Tierrasanta. We love how it's residential. We have used the tennis courts and the pools and our friends love coming over to enjoy the facilities. I really don't think the east side is bad. I never ever see or here any police cars. So that should be an indicator right? I'm over on the west side to work out in the gym everyday and it's just as quiet. Everyday before I leave for work, I see maintenance people working, picking up litter, and I still see the people working in the evening. They have enough dumpsters for trash and for recycling. I really think people who complain about this place expect it to be beautiful like Del Mar or something. Or maybe this place was really bad a few years back? So far it's great. There are kids here playing. I see families. I see single professionals. I have not seen or heard one loud party yet. We are definitely going to renew our lease. Love the location also!!! Good luck! =)
Ok, I just read the last review and we must be living in different complexes or something. I've noticed the gate opened all day for a period of time, but I really think something was broken or they were doing something. Then I would see the gate closed most of the day, but opened starting around 5 when everyone was coming home. Parking spots are small, but it's California. These spots are actually bigger than the other complex we lived at. Just back in your car and you're good to go. There is plenty of off street parking too!! We don't have spider or ant issues. However, we do have these drain flies in our master bathroom, but not the other one. They are annoying and we pour Draino or bleach down there and it's fine. We do share a few walls with ppl, but I've only heard my neighbors while I was in the dining area. I haven't heard neighbors downstairs or in the bedroom. It is kinda pricey to live here, but it's SAN DIEGO!! Oh, plus every time we lease an apt and pay the security deposit, I never have any expectations of getting a penny back. We all know they take our money for stupid/ridiculous charges anyways.
