Emerald palm apartments is well, okay, not a good place to live but not the worst place. For example; my vehicle was stolen as soon as it start running and 2 months later they broke in my car and stole my radio and the week before my neighbor vehicle was stolen and took acrossed the boarder. If you want to wake up and see your car outside you need to have AN ALARM SYSTEM. And for the disable people this is not recommended for you, because their is only 3 parking spots for the disabled. Believe it or not we have had 4 new managers in the past year. and the supposible security guard don't walk around make sure everyone's property is okay, they just drive through and that all. If you have a pet, the deposit is CRAZY $ 500 and $30/a month for dogs, and $300 and 15/ a month. Also people with little kids make sure you keep an eye on them because their are over 20 loose alley cats running around the complex. For everyone that want an downstairs apartment with a patio MAKE SURE YOU LOCK UP YOUR STUFF ON THE PATIO.
