Emerald Palm Apartments

TIRED OF ALL THE NOISE!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   When I first moved here the apts were nice and quiet. Alot has changed over the past year! The noise level around my apt is out of control! I feel that security is never around to monitor the noise levels, especially during quiet hours. The rent is often raised but the services promised in the lease are never rendered. In my opinion, if you don't mind loud parties(weeknights/weekends) and disrespectful neighbors then this is the place for you! On a positive note, the maintenance staff is awesome.
