I keep seeing all these horrible reviews for Emerald Palms Apartments in San Diego, and I'm thinking, "WTF'!" Emerald Palms Apartments are great! Ever since they came under new management, that place is turning into one of the nicest places to live in SoCal. They've begun some great renovations, and you can see the progress everywhere. And since they've begun gating the property, it's really safe (not to mention the local police diligently doing their rounds every hour). The management personnel are fantastic! I've never met nicer or more helpful people. It's clean there, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and/or fun. Its proximity to two major shopping centers, a movie theater, a great park and a trolley station is just icing on the cake. The price I pay for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment would set some complex managers on their ears! Emerald Palms is a great place to live! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

You are the only one of all these peoples comments that have anything good to say about this place and you say it with a fkng attitude "WTF" . This must mean that you are one of the -------s doing all the car jackings, drugs & muggings.
