Entrada Apartments

Don't choose this one. From: gagme@hotmail.com Date posted: 9/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My experience at Entrada was not a good one. The office staff is two faced. Behind those wide smiles and those gleeming eyes, there is only one thought. How can I get the maximum amount of money out of my tenants. I have been through this first hand. I am a great tenant. I pay on time, I don't complain athough maybee I should have. If you live on the lower floors you cant open your balcony door due to the mass amount of bugs from the vegitation below. Many of my neibors said the same thing. Thin walls noisy washer and dryers and a lousy maintenence staff is what you have to look forword to. When I was moving in the maintenence staff knew it, they decided to paint the floor of the elevator lobby on my floor in spite of that. As I was holding a large peice of furnitur(by my self)Asking them if they can do this tomarrow, the curly haired lady gave me an look and said NO go around to the other elevator. This was said before one drop of paint hit the ground and I was carrying 80 pound. Oh yeah good luck getting a parking spot when in your own building when there is a padres game.
