Think Twice! Luxury Apartments or Free Shelter' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Cheap, noisy and surrounded by homeless crack heads. Manager is rude and could use some CS training along with a rude awakening. Pinnacle Realty is a poor excuse for management and someone will be liable for a huge law suit due to the poor management and disregard for California Housing Laws. Don't move here! Im glad I moved!!! Oh.......and be prepared to be charged for everything and good luck getting and explanation.
