I read the reviews before me and thought there must've been some angry tenant with a grudge against the staf, but then I had my own experience and will not be living at Entrada for what I assume is for my own good.
I am currently out of state working but I am a full-time law student in California and was looking for a new place. Entrada seemed nice but then I had a couple conversations with a member of the staff named "---" who was terribly unprofessional compared to everyone I've dealt with this summer.
When --- and I spoke the first time he quoted me a certain price for the apartment I was interested in. I told him I would overnight the application, the fee, and a 300 dollar holding deposit for the place. The next morning I called just to tell him I sent the information and he tells me he misquoted the price and it was actually higher! I let that one go because I really thought I liked the place. Well I called back soon after to make sure he got the money (although you would think they would call you) and he said he hadn't checked his mail!!!! Then he tells me that someone else put a hold on the apartment he SAID he would hold for me until he got the check!!!
What a loser! I told him he didn't have to worry about my business any longer and hung up on him as he attempted to sell me a much smaller studio.
