I have come across some pretty bad places to live in san diego, but this one takes the cake... To start off with, the model home you are shown before you move in, looks nothing like the dump that they give to you. The worst part is the awful smell that seems to seep out of the sewer pipes in the toliets and invade every room in the house, along with the mold. The pool is so gross, you can't see the bottom of it due to all the unsupervised children that throw who knows what into it. The laundry facilities are also less than standard, when they work. At any one time there are about 2 washers and 2 dryers that are working, and even those do not seem to clean your clothes throughly. As for the one parking spot each apartment is assigned, they way to small to fit a car into. You can always park your car on the street and run the rick of waking up only to find your window shattered and stereo missing. An occurance I saw all too often during the year I lived there. Besides the vagrants living in the dumpster, the drug dealers in the park and the constant herd of children running around the complex, the worst part of the apartments is the management office. Not only do they lack the skills to efficently run a business, they also lack the skills of being a considerate human being. They were often rude and did not seem interested in the well being of their tenants. The End.
