When I moved into this place, the leasing staff was nice however, when i went into my apartment, it was disgusting!!! There was mold in the showers, the carpet had stains on it and the cupboards have a fake wood paint or something on it.... which was coming off. these apartments seem to be sooo old with management/maintence covering it up. I have been looking for somewhere else since a month after i moved in. these apartments are way too expensive for what you get... as for the laundry rooms, the machines cost way too much... and they make extra money by not fixing the machines, sometimes you have to wash your clothes 1 or twice, and sometimes you have to ring out your clothes because the washing machines wont. and the dryers you have to add an extra cycle to the dryers for your clothes to be dry. this is not something that happens every once in a while, this happens all the time. every week that i do laundry there is always something wrong!!! the maintence people are a pain! when you put in a request it is supposed to take no more than 72 hrs to be fixed, it has taken them over a week and when they came, they didnt fix anything! the parking is HORRIBLE!!! the covered parking spots are extremely too small. i had my brand new car hit by the person parked next to me and the leasing office couldnt care less. when i moved in i was informed that as tennets we had the right to call a tow truck company and have cars moved out of our parking spots...when i came home one night there was a car in my spot, there is no way that i would park my new car on the street so i went to leasing office to get the phone # and the lady said "oh, we dont do that anymore, you are going to have to park on the street or find and uncovered spot"!! this place is AWFUL!!! come and talk to tennents, you will find out... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, or MONEY on this place.
