Worst place I've ever lived at. From: el_pig Date posted: 1/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Esplanade is built like a glorified backally and populated with too many scumbags for comfort. When your downstairs pothead neighbor is smoking his brains out the smell will drift up and make your house stink like rotten skunk butthole. Multiple messages left with the rental office will not fix this. Furthermore, police will inform you that punishable marijuana smoking must occur outdoors in plain view, so their jurisdiction doesnt fix this problem either. Parking is too tight for comfort and if you have two cars expect to leave one on the side of the street. Pet limitations dont apply so youll just have to deal with the Great Dane next door that whines all day and leaves behind feces the size artichokes. The Laundromat has more broken machines than working ones. To Esplanades credit, once the toilet was screaming (yes, screaming) and they fixed that. The list goes on and on. Just do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dump.
