I do agree with one of the comments here (Re: Whiners) totally. Mira Mesa is really getting too crowded for comfort.
I have lived here in the apt. for several years - my biggest complaint is parking. Even the assigned parking is a big headache because a lot of times some residents, visitors or whoever may take your spot. What's worse is that you can't even call the towing company.
When I first moved in - management said that I have every right to have towed any vehicle that's in my spot - but with new management came in this rule got swept under the rug because they think its unfair to have someone towed. I said; "Huh' - I thought with rent I get an "assigned parking" but I guess not" . I hate it when I come home late at night from work and I have no parking spot (esp. my so-called assigned one) and I have to park by 7-ll which is half a block away or even by Gold Coast. Sucks...
Yes there still some shady people around. Thank God the druggies have finally moved out and the loud college students. Why am I still living here' Convenience - it's near to everything....walking distance to Target, Mervyn's, Pizza Hut, my bank, Von's, Starbucks, etc. plus I hate moving.
When looking for an aprtment - do your research first - I didn't...and I got stuck ith this...
Oh yeah - I'm moving out soon...finally!
