YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE.
1. THE PLACE IS RUN BY THE BRE MANAGEMENT NATZIS. IF I HAD KNOWN THIS I WOULD NOT HAVE MOVED IN. BRE CHEATED ME ONCE BEFORE BY LYING ABOUT CONTRACT LAWS.
WARNING!!!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED LIKE COUNTER TOPS.
BE SURE TO PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU MOVE IN TO PROVE ANY DAMAGE WAS ALREADY THERE.
BY LAW THEY CANT KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT FOR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. TAKE THEM TO SMAL CLAIMS COURT, I AM.
2. THE SIDWALKS HAVE FLEAS, YOU GET THEM ON YOUR CLOTHES AND BRING THEM INTO YOUR APARTMENT OR THE APARTMENTS HAVE FLEAS IN THE CARPETS.
3. THE FLOORS ARE TOO THIN AND THE PEOPLE ABOVE SOUND LIKE A HEIRD OF ELEPHANTS.
THEIR MUSIC AND TV CAN BE HEARD THROUGH THE WALLS AND FLOORS.
4. THE WATER IS METERED BY ISTA, WAS VITARA, THIS IS OWNED BY BRE. THEY WILL CHARGE FOR HOT WATER USED SO YOU ARE CHARGED TWICE FOR WATED AND GAS USED. THEY CHARGE FOR STORM DRAINS WHICH YOU ARE PAYING FOR IN YOUR RENT ALREADY SO YOU GET CHARGED TWICE. WATCH OUT!!!
5. THE KITCHENS ARE OLD AND TOO SMALL, ELECTRIC PLUGS DONT WORK OR SOCKETS ARE LOSE. THE PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN.
6. THE LAUNDRY ROOMS ARE A PROFIT CENTER, THE TUBS ARE TOO SMALL AND COST TOO MUCH. THEY DONT CLEAN OR RINSE WELL. THE ROOM IS ALWAYS A MESS, I HATE USING IT. BETTER TO GO UP THE STREET WHERE THEY DO DOUBLE RINCE AND THE TUBS ARE DEEPEER.
6. DOOR DINGS IN THE PARKING LOT. IF YOU HAVE A NEWER CAR DONT PARK HERE.

Write the city attorney. It seems all the apartment complexes in the area are like that. The city attorney will keep a record of this and once enough people complain they will take these -------s to court. You have enough people complaining about the same problem. I don't think you will have a hard time finding enough people to back you on this.

yes the bre managenent is very very poor.i lived there for 2 yrs.faced a lot of trouble there.if u have any problem in the flat ,u have to call them and place the work order.but they will not respond till u get frustrated.the loundry is worst.whenever u go either the machine or the dryer will not work.the manager is not nice.she is always angry.not helpful.i wont suggest anyone to stay there.
