Never want to live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We have been here for 7 months and can't wait to move out. Here are what we have experienced. 1)The community is smelly and dirty. I don't see the management care about cleaning it up. 2)People are not respectful. They take our assigned parking place. They turn their car music very loud at the middle of night. 3) The washer and dryer are always broken. 3) The parking is horrible. The space is so small, it is so hard to park and leave. Some of the car never leave the space and they always big.
