it is horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived here for sometime and it was the worst place ever. horrible management - cindy is a bit**. if you want to be happy live elsewhere not at cimmaron and hacienda. they had to change their name to esplanade because of the reputation or lack of it.
