Please do not waste your money, time and energy to move here. This place is vacating as quick as hotel vacancy signs go up!
They have raised our rent one hundred dollars in our first year here (thank goodness our lease is over).
My husband and I will be moving out after a year at these apartment homes. ------- at the Leasing office (a -------- women) has very poor customer service etiquette. On 8/21 I called to schedule our pre-move out inspection for Sept 28th. On 9/18 I called to confirm this appointment and she neglected to schedule it into their calendar. So I scheduled it again for Sept 28 between 4:30-5:00pm. Well today I had been waiting 45 minutes (after leaving 2 messages at the Leasing and Management offices) until someone showed up to the inspection.
When "----" the maintenance supervisor showed up, he did not even do a physical walk through into the apartment. He informed me that although our apartment is in excellent condition (very clean carpets since we do not walk with our shoes on in the unit, very clean walls needing no paint and overall clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms) we still be charged carpet cleaning and a prorated paint job since we've been here less than 2 years. This was NOT communicated to us when we moved in by ------ in the Leasing office.
I urge you to refrain from moving here because they are not here to help the residents, they are only here to help themselves to your pocketbook!!
