This apt. sucks big time... form $1275 a month it became 41400. plus water, trash is not included and is very expnsive..more than our electric/gas bill.. mgt. is rude.. maintenance takes forever to arrive.. carpet gets dirty fast.. molds are growing in the bathroom... our toilet always gets broken.. we had cockroaches problem before that we had to take care of ourselves.. The laundry room is a joke.. too expensive plus a lot are broken and people remove your clothes. and you can only use $5, $10, no $1..which is a rip-off if you don't need to wash a lot of clothes... parking space is too small.. the sewer stinks at times..smells like dogshit... the only thing nice is it's bright because all are corner lots and the room is big... I can't wait to get out of here...and with what I've read, they won't be giving back any of your deposit plus they'll charge you with small problems found in your place...
