i agree poor poor place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I will have to agree with all the horrible things said in re to this complex, I have experienced all of the same problems....poor mtnce response, washer/dryers broken, pool and hot tub always busted. Dont hesitate to raise your rent every year, but quality of property and people they rent to gets worse every year. People dont pick up after their animals. kids running around unsupervised and loud. Parking situation horrible, 1/2 the time my spots been taken, i HAD a brand new car when i moved in..people have put more dings and dents in my car...
