THEEE WORST......EVER!!!! From: mcd0616@yahoo.com Date posted: 12/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Hey I currently live in Esplanade apartments and just so you know that they divide the water bill among all the residents. No matter if you have a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom and are never home they split it up. Not only that but you know how they totally use the sprinklers for hours,the pool, and the laundry you are paying for any use of WATER!!!!I have made a payment of over $500 in water for the last 10 months and had to pay it cause I didnt want it to affect my credit. BUT I WILL get to the bottom of it. Just make sure that you have signed a contract stating that you are aware that water is split up amongst the residents cause I found out by calling ISTA. GOOD LUCK!!!!Oh and the maintenance is horrible too it has now taken over a week to fix a problem. THey may have emailed you that their coming within 24 hrs......ITS A LIE. THey only want you to hear what you want them to say or do. NOT even getting into all of it cause I'm not wasting my time and neither should you. Again GOOD LUCK!!!
