I moved into Esplanade in December and I wish I would have done my research. Everything people are talking about on this website is so true. People there don't pick up after their pets. You hear all the outside noise, like cars, kids playing, people screaming in the pool, everything! I want to move out of there so bad and I can't because I signed a year lease. I'm stuck and its only March. Boy, I made a really bad choice moving into this place. The parking is bad because the spaces are too close together and people don't know how to park. They ding up your car and sometimes people park in your assigned space. My apartment shakes when someone slams their front door or runs up and down the stairs, and the apartment smells like mold. And the maintenance - their response time is completely ridiculous. I had a leaky toilet for two weeks before they came and fixed it. I am definitely paying too much to live at this place. Don't make the same mistake as me - do your research before renting an apartment at Esplanade.
