I have lived at Esplanade for one year and nine months and this place is cursed. I have had mushrooms grow out of my carpet. My tail light stolen from my car. A roach infestation that even thought I have had management send out to have it fumagated three time the roach's never leave( I was informed that they were coming from the upstairs unit). Thugs wander the pathways and drink on the bench's. The pool and hot tub are never kept up, such as cleaned and in working order. My car has been hit three times while parked in my space and I never know who did it. My husband has traped two mice so far. There is mold in all the window seals and in one of the bathrooms. No one comes to fix things in a timely maner. The bathroom tub has had a crack in it for over six months and we can not use that shower because the water will leak all over. The window in the living room is broke and has been for eight months and no one has fixed it. There is so much more but i jsut do not have the time. We will be moving out soon and if I must I will seek legal action. Find some were else to live. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

u r correct.i agree with u.i lost my car's right side mirror because the person who park his car next to us,,,(on the left of our arking space) used to park his truck beyond his parking lot.the right side we have a pole.we r not even able to open the car doors inorder place my babys car seat .if we complaint over any thing the manager says "i know"i will try to send the person ,but they never come on time.
