Evening Creek

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Management is rude and insensative. Since Annette and Jennifer took over it has been a nightmare and most residents have moved. Parking is a nightmare and not enforced. There NO guest parking. Security is unreliable. Floors are thin so noise is a factor. There are dogs everywhere and so is the dog poop. Dog owners take their dog to do their "duty" in front of our dining room window while we are dining. Landscaping is going downhill. Pool is not very clean most the time and they do not enforce the pool rules as far as kids being supervised by adults and there is always someone smoking a cigarette even next to kids. It is really too bad because Evening Creek is really a nice place but I don't think it will stay that way much longer. Most my nieghbors are not happy with the parking situation and are very unhappy with management.
