My boyfriend and I have lived at Evening Creek for almost 7 months and it has been a dream! We got the most amazing move in deal that we couldn't pass up, it was almost too good to be true. We didn't think we could afford living in a luxury apartment home at 22 years old, but we have been doing good so far. Once we saw the full-sized, attached two car garage, the enormous living room, the washer dryer, and the unbelievable master walk-in closet, we knew that it would be worth it. The move in was easy, and the last seven months have felt like we lived in our own house. I wouldn't even know we had neighbors unless I saw them from time to time. The only sound I ever hear is people going in and out of their garages. The office staff has been great as well. The only time I even see them is when I go in to the office to pay my rent every month. When they see me, they are so genuinely nice (Amber especially). I was worried that would all change once we signed the lease, but it didn't. There are monthly organized parties and events in the clubhouse area. We get a newsletter every month telling us about all the things they are planning. The only gripe we have is the parking. It is great during the day, when your guests can park anywhere, but after 5 there are only 3 guest spaces. Luckily, we live close enough to the front where our guests can park on the street and walk in. Having our own garage more than makes up for it, our guests are just going to have to deal! Long story short, we have had a wonderful experience living here so far and we never want to move.
