Nice place, horrible management From: Rascus Date posted: 4/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We were the first tenants in this complex and moved in March 17th 2002 and it started off bad from the beginning. For 3 months we couldn't even get a key to our garage door. We constantly had ant problems. We complained to management on several occasions as well as the other tenants in our complex. They would come by and "spray" but it was never effective. One day we woke up to ants literally crawling ALL over us. We immediately went down to talk with management and they didn't seem to care one bit. We eventually stopped paying rent until they fixed the problem, which they never did and we left. The management was on a constant rotating schedule with no one there more then a few months max. No stability, no support, nothing. I hope that has changed in the 4yrs since we've been there. It's ashame too because they are beautiful places, easy access to the freeway, shopping, etc. Don't recommend it though.
