Gables Point Loma

!!!!!WARNING!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   The property is abit below average for Point Loma. Even with the renovation they are doing, the "wood" flooring throughout the apartment is cheap. You cannot use water on it to clean or it will buckle on you. The hallways are ill maintained and poorly lit. The bathroom shower and tub are not new they are spray painted white. The excersize room is a joke. Even though they provide "gated" parking, my car was broken into 3 times and my gas was syphened out. There "security patrol" only shows up once to lock gates and you never see them again. The clubhouse boasts an old 1980's television with no cable and furnished with early Golden Girls furniture. The barbaques are never cleaned i wouldnt even cook dog food on it. If your looking to rent at a property that hiked the rent up $500.00 per month for a budget renavation then you might be okay. But if quality means anything to you dont rent here.
