My wife and I recently looked at these apartments and we agree with the other reviews. We brought our list with us and it was very helpful in confirming the many poor qualities of this apartment complex. What absolutely turned us off was the attitude of the leasing office. They took offense to our list and questions. The lady who assisted us was very rude and abrassive.
Anyway, we found several other apartments and condos in the area for rent and we will be moving into a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with patio and garage, 1400 square feet for only $1800. Gables was charging $1500 for a tiny 600 ft. 1bdr and $1700 for a tiny 700 ft. 2 bdr 1 bth. These reviews were very helpful and we suggest you all do your shopping and you will find better deals than at this Tiny, Cheap and Expensive apartment complex!

a condo? I'm sorry I can't afford 1st month plus last month plus one month security deposit plus pet deposit! Oh wait some wont even let you have any pets. Two months free with small deposit and pet deposit plus a 30 day trial sounds so much better and is.
