Let's start with the dirty apartment that you get to clean before you move your stuff in, dog poop on the stairs, bugs inside the apartment, parties every day of the week, need I say more' How about the useless wall unit - yes, no central heat and no central air. And mold, lots of it and no hot water in the morning. Get up early if you like hot showers. Let's see, when we moved in dogs were not allowed but the blonde from texas had two dogs' humm.... special rules' an unhappy office staff managed by a raging hormonal female. why someone would invest in california real estate only to do cheap renovations - patchwork - why not put in some central heat and central air, fix the gaps under the doors, oh, enough - just don't live here - try the place across the way - they advertise in big letters - parking is a nightmare grounds are dirty and unsafe construction poor, very poor maintenance are nice but that's it staff is unhappy - i would be too if i worked for that blonde texan - go home uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I agree also - go home and take your poop makers with you - and why don't you actually fulfill what you tell people - get rid of the bugs, I'm tired of killing those gray slimey bugs - My best conclusion is that you don't exterminate because the bugs have never gone away.
