I lived in both the one bedroom and 2 bedroom/2 lvl apartments. Used to be a great place to live until the current management took over. The attitude of management is VERY rude. I'm very unhappy with the way I was treated, especially when I said I was going to move out. Had lived in the 2 bedroom almost 5 yrs and was still charged for the carpet that was going to be replaced due to the length of residence. I was a very good quiet tenant for 10 years and it was ashame to have to leave my home. The managers parked in my parking spot many times and I had to park very far away on the street bringing in a car load of groceries. The automatic dusk to dawn lights are broken a lot of the time. Phone calls to management regarding locking yourself out of your apartment got zero response back after hours! Why is there a $20 fee after hours to let you back into your apartment if you're not going to respond' For that matter, why have on-site managers who are not available but 6 hours during the day only'

If it wasn't for the amazing Assit Mgr (Jody) I would have left 3 years ago when this new management took over.
