Don't move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2008   We have a new apartment manager who is not only lazy but very rude. Nothing gets repaired, not even basic safety issues. The parking lot is not lit. I've been trying to get certain repairs done for 2 years. The garbage hasn't been collected in a week. If the fire trucks needed to get in they would not be able to because of all the tenants and their guests parking in the fire lanes and blocking access to the buildings. Bad landlords make bad tenants and ours are worse all the time. Laundry room is a disgusting mess. Previous apartment manager cleaned up. Present apartment manager barely empties the waste basket. Prsetn apartment manager plays favorites among the tenants. If she likes you, you can break any rule you like, even public safety rules. If she doesn't, you will be jumped on no matter how trivial.
