I've not been told this is "ghetto".Anyone thinking they know what living in the ghetto is, many can atest to what's "ghetto" and this isn't it. I'm not understanding how anyone feels they are being forced to sign a lease. One of the many reasons I and others were in the Gulf and are still fighting, giving and taking lives is so one can move where their incomes can take them and where they'll be happy. Residents come in to say "I don't mean to complain but......." and "oh no" don't say anything, I'm not willing to get involved". Court cases aren't won on me saying a person said she heard a guy walking past her window talking about his roommate's trip to Tijuana, thus Your Honor I want to evict them. Very few court cases are won on hearsay. One complaint is true. The pool can get loud, but it's been there for 27 yrs, but when I do tours, it's clear the pool is open from 8a.m.-10p.m. and "Marco Polo" can get old. Same response, "oh no", We have no problem with noise. This email isn't to defend the Gramery Staff. We know we give all we have to give and more, not because we are forced to but because this place is our home as well. We know what rents you pay and you deserve a staff that cares and goes above and beyond. Our hearts and strength are given at all times. This email is not in My nor my staffs defense in defense to all who work hard to be here.
