Gramercy Apartments is one of the worst places that I have lived in San Diego. In looks nice on the outside, but it's really nasty on the inside. The list of bad things are below: 1. Unstructured parking. 2. Kids running around crazy all over the place hitting the cars for fun. 3. Drug dealers are near the entrace of the apartments and management did nothing about it. 4. Residents are dangerous because most of them are the bottom of the barrel. They will look for trouble at any time. Treats, etc. 5. The entire place floods when it rains. 6. Hot water in the kitchen didn't work at all. 7. Washing/drying machines are a nightmare and will eat your money! 8. Management changes like your underwear and each time it does who have to deal with a new set of morons. 9. The most important part, you will get ripped off when you leave on your deposit. I only received 40 dollars back out of my 400 dollars deposit!!! 10. Rent will increase 50-60 dollars each time you renew your lease. They know that you will rather pay up then to move.
