As the current manager of the Gramercy Apartments, let me first and foremost address the negative comments posted here. They are simply NOT TRUE.
Gramercy Apartments is a community I am proud to be a part of, not only as the General Manager, but also as a place to raise my family. The entire staff here at Gramercy lives and works here, so this place is not just a job for us, but rather our home... something which we stride very hard to take the best care of.
Having that said, I would like to invite anyone who reads these posts to personally come visit Gramercy and form their own opinion. Once you have, you will see for yourself the negative comments posted here have no merit.

come on now Mr. Manager - You have kids yourself and I don't understand why and how you leave them in your home and not allow them to breathe air. Our kids need to come out and I believe they should have the right to stand in front of our own front door. I just don't agree with your rules. You should just make your complex into a senior living the way your heading.

ha! it's nice that this was already posted awhile back ago, yet it is reposted now that there are even MORE negative comments coming your way. i think you get on here and reply to peoples comments as an "anonymous person" when its really just the managers trying to make everyone else look bad and you look good. this is rating site is supposed to be for others to see and decide whether or not they want to live there. its not meant to diss on the individual person for their experiences with the apartment. the damage is done, and LOTS of people have said the apartments blow! get over it! it's not gonna change anytime soon unless you move it to a better neighborhood and stop ripping people off!! good luck with that..
