After reading about a bunch of people complain about this porperty I feel I have to put in my two cents. I had lived in gramercy almost 3 years. It was where my husband and i brought our first child home to. We went through 3 managers and were more than impressed with the last one. he did everything in his poer to finally clean up the property. He is a good man and his family is wonderful too. If there was a problem it was fixed right away. I agree about the statements made on keeping track of your kids. There were kids about 8 -15 yrs old that would do horrible things to other peoples homes. These said kids not only set off fireworks outside my doors but ripped my cat through our window in attempts to steal it. RIGHT OUT OF MY HOME!! The are monsters. But still I did not move. My move was only done because my husband was transfered to chicago for business. If i could come back I would. These apartments are the best you will find!

why would anyone actually recommend an apartment that they have literally seen someone reach into their window to try and steal their cat? if they can do that, what else would they have done through that window? steal your possessions, rape you, kill you?? it's a horrible place to live! ...and you brought your child "home" to a place that has people reaching inside your windows? Nice.. i'd really trust your opinion on the situation...
