Gramercy Apartments

Nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I live here now with my roommate. We are both college grads and it is close to everything. The apartment is a good size. The living room holds our huge couch and entertainment center. The pool and Spa are always clean and blue. The Laundry is always clean unless one of the tenants gets lazy. It does get busy if you try to do your laundry on a Sunday afternoon. I just hold off till Monday night and will usually have the place to myself. The staff is always great and willing to work with you. Since my roommate and I are both girls if we get heavy packages they will help carry them up to us. It kinda sucks that you have to pay extra for parking. But my roommate and I just rotate spots. And for the last year that I have been parking outside on the street no one has touched my car. Grounds are always kept clean and maintenance is right up when we have a problem. If I wasn t moving to another state my roommate and I would stay here a lot longer! The only thing I would chnge is the AC units. They are a little outdated and I worry about our pets durring the summer time.
